摘要
通过保航维修及调研分析,发现耙吸挖泥船耙管水下电气设备频繁出现故障跟电气安装工艺有很大的关系。为此,我们对以往建造工艺进行解析,并模拟水下环境作压力试验,创新设置了三层水密填料函的解决方案。同时阐述了耙管水下电缆敷设工艺的优化、分线盒及相关填料函水密施工方法的改良。
Through the guarantee of the vessel and analysis of the foreign builting dredger vessels,it's founded that the underwater electrical equipments had something wrong with the installation. So we analyzed the previous installation technology for the drag-suction dredger, and experimentized pressure test by simulating the underwater environment to research how the cables the damaged under the seawater ,so we innovated the resolvent by three class watertight gland, and illustrated the way by analyzing and describing with the resolvent.This topic describes the optimized for process drag arm underwater cable laying, and the improvement of sensor-mounting junction box with gland watertight technology and process.
