数控机床各级坐标系的设定原理及相互关系分析

摘要 数控机床的坐标系是对机床刀具和工件的几何位置进行的描述。针对建立坐标系时出现的各种错误现象及错误理解,系统地分析了机床坐标系及三级工件坐标系的工作原理和设定思路,详细阐述了各级坐标系的相互关系,为操作者合理选择坐标系的建立方式提供依据。 The coordinate system for CNC machine tools is a description of machine tool and the geometric position of the workpiece. This paper focused on the error phenomenon and misunderstanding when we establish the coordinate system, analysed the working principle and setting ideas of machine coordinate system and three workpiece coordinate system. It elaborated the relationship of the coordinate system at all levels and provided a reasonable basis for the operators when they esttablish the coordinate system.
