摘要
通过智能IT服务台在泰州机电高职校网络服务管理中的应用,详细说明了基于云技术的智能IT服务台建设技术方案。付诸实施后,达到了网络服务先进性、开放性、可扩展性和可靠性的要求,实现了统一的客户服务系统、统一的Web管理和统一的用户接入界面。
This paper through the practice of intelligent IT Service Desk in Taizhou Electromechanical Vocational School network service management applications,the paper provided a detailed description of the cloud-based technology smart the IT helpdesk construction technology program,and implemented to achieve network service advanced,openness,scalability,and reliability requirements to achieve a unified customer service system,unified access Web management and unified user interface.
