加强高职院校教师赴企业实践锻炼工作管理的探讨

Research on Improving Management of Enterprise Practice by Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

为提高高职院校教师的专业技能和实践教学能力,许多高职院校结合自身实际,探索建立了职业教育教师到企业参加实践锻炼制度,并取得了一定的经验和成效。但是长期以来,对高职教师到企业实践锻炼过程的管理与监督、实践效果的评价等问题,一直是实践锻炼工作的重点和难点。在分析教师参加企业实践锻炼的管理流程,以及教师、学校和企业在前期准备、实施过程、实践考核、后期拓展4个阶段不同的工作内涵的基础上,探讨在不同阶段应采取的管理措施,确保专业教师到企业实践锻炼工作的顺利开展并取得实效。

In order to improve the professional skills and practical teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,many higher vocational colleges has established the system of enterprise practice by professional teachers and made some experience and results.However,how to manage,supervise and evaluate has been the difficulty.By analyzing the management ways from preparation,management and supervision,evaluation,later expanse,this paper researches on some measures that should be taken in the management process,so as to ensure that the work of enterprise practice by professional teachers in higher vocational colleges can be carried out effectively.
