In order to fostering vocational characterized talents in the fields of investment and financial management,we need to build a scientific and perfect teaching system.This article takes the teaching reform of investment and financial management of economic management Department in Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College as an example,makes a systematic study on the professional personnel training target,training mode,curriculum system and teaching methods of the major.
