摘要
利用著名显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA,实现对液压挖掘机工作装置在实际工作中所受应力的模拟仿真,计算分析了液压挖掘机工作装置各部位的受力状况。试验结果对液压挖掘机的研发设计具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, by use of explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, the stress simulation analysis of a large-scale hydraulic excavator working device under actual working circumstance is carried on, the force condition of each part in hydraulic excavator is calculated. The experimental result is of significance for the development of hydraulic excavators.
