摘要
介绍了一种用于处理整卷边角塑料的粉碎机组结构、工艺及其控制技术,机组具有自动上料、粉碎、落料称重、输送包装一体化的功能。设备采用PLC自动控制,并对控制流程、模拟量标定、称重等关键技术进行分析。该控制系统在实践中运行效果良好。
The structure, process and control system of a high performance recyclable plastic disintegrator is interpreted, which is controlled by PLC, with an integrated function of automatic feeding, crushing, blanking weighing, transport packaging. The key technologies and program design of system control, analog quantity calibration and weighing are also analyzed. It is also proved that the control system is effective in practice.
