摘要
重点阐述了卷取机的踏步控制和卷取控制模型,将其应用于莱钢1 500mm带钢热连轧卷取控制系统。实践证明该控制系统运行稳定,控制精度高,很好地满足了用户的要求,对于卷取控制设计应用有着较高的参考价值。
The article introduced the structure of control system of 1 500 mm hot strip rolling mill in LaiSteel, and put emphasis on the step control and coiling control model of coiler. The practice shows that the control system is stable and accurate in operation. The work has a certain reference value for coiling control design.
