发电机组厂用电互为备用电源

摘要 针对发电成本高和安全性能低等问题,对厂用电系统进行了改造。主要方法为在原有开关柜的基础上,用电缆将开关柜的两个备用开关的一端连接,并将这两个开关的另一端分别对应地接于两台机组上,同时增设WDZ-400系列微机测控装置对厂用电进行综合保护和差动保护;为保证切换机组的备用电源时机组有电,增加了MFC2000型微机快切装置。实现了一台机组在停运、检修或启动时另一台机组的厂用电可以作为该机组的备用电源,从而保证了机组的正常停机、检修和启动。 In this paper, the auxiliary power supply has been transformed to save the huge cost of power generation and ensure the stable operation of the power system. The main measure is based on the original switch cabinet to connect one end of two spare switches in the switch cabinet by cable and connect the other end of these switches to two units, add to the device of the WDZ-400 series of microcomputer for realizing the auxiliary power protection, and adopt the speediness switch apparatus MFC2000 to guarantee the unit to have power. This makes the one unit can be used as backup power when the other unit is outage or repaired, and ensures the unit working normally.
