摘要
针对数控下料的现状,介绍了传统切割方法及存在的弊端,以两种型号板料为例对切割方法进行了改进。改进后的切割方法减少了空程量,降低了预热穿孔数量,提高了工件质量和生产效率。
The current situation of NC blanking in Kingding Mining Machinery Corporation is described, the traditional cutting method and the disadvantages of the method are introduced. Taking two kind of sheet metal as examples, the improved blanking methods are presented. With the new cutting methods, both the work piece quality and the production efficiency are improved.
