优质护理服务对帕金森病人生活质量的影响研究

Research the influence of high-quality nursing service on the Parkinson patients′ quality of life

目的:探讨优质护理服务对帕金森病人生活质量及对护理服务满意度的影响。方法:将100例帕金森病人按入院时间分为对照组(48例)和试验组(52例)。对照组给予常规神经内科护理,试验组给予优质护理。采用日常生活能力评定Barthel指数量表对帕金森病人在入院时及出院当日进行评分,并自行设计住院病人满意度调查表对帕金森病人在出院当日进行满意度问卷调查。结果:两组入院时Barthel指数量表评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),而出院当日评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可有效改善帕金森病人生活质量和对护理服务满意度。

Objective： To investigate the influence of high - quality nursing service for Parkinson＇s patients quality of life and satisfaction. Methods： 100 eases of Pvxkinson＇s patients at admission time were divided into control group （48 cases） and experimental group （52 eases）. The control group received conventional neurology nursing,the experimental group was given high -quality nursing. Daily living skills assessment Barthel index scale in Parkinson＇s patients on admission and the day of discharge rate, self - designed by the hospital and inpatient satisfaction survey of Paxkirmon＇s patients in the questionnaire on the day of discharge. Results： Barthel index scale scores between the two groups on admission, there was no statistical significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the score eompazod with the day of discharge, there was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：High -quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of Parkinson＇s patients and satisfaction.
