以河北省山区县侵蚀劣地美化治理为试点,应用遥感技术研究山区侵蚀劣地的成因、分布规律和美化治理格局,依据水利学、土壤侵蚀原理设计应用了防渗淤地坝建设技术、移动式设备引洪淤灌技术、径流调控等技术,形成一个完善的山区径流调控利用体系,生态环境得到明显改善,推动了山区特色产业发展。

Designing and applying the technologies of anti-seepage warping dam construction, flood diversion by mobile unit for irrigation and warping.runoff regulation according the hydraulics and soil erosion theory, forming a perfect montanic runoff regulation and utilization system, the ecological environment is improved obviously and promoting the development of mantanic characteristic industry.
