On Characteristics,Investigation Difficulties as well as Countermeasures in Criminal Cases of Killing Prostitutes

杀害卖淫女犯罪案件在作案目标、作案动机、作案地点、作案时间、作案手段、作案现场等方面具有区别于一般杀人案的独特特征,并且由于案件发现难、尸源确定难、线索获取难、因果关系不明显、招嫖的方式更为隐蔽等原因更增加了该类案件的侦破难度,使得该类案件成为影响破案率进一步提高的瓶颈。这些由被害人的特定性带来的案件特点和侦查难点也正是此类案件的侦查突破口,所以,应从案件的发现、现场勘查、案件性质的确定以及查找犯罪嫌疑人四个方面采取相应的侦查对策。

In criminal cases of killing prostitutes,there are unique characteristics different from general homicides in the aspects of crime objective,crime motive,crime location,crime time,crime means,crime scene.It is difficult to discover cases,determine source of body,obtain evidence and meanwhile,cause and effect relationship is not obvious,contact method of prostitutes and clients is hidden,which adds the difficulty to solve these cases.Such cases have become a bottleneck to further improve detection rate.To study characteristics and investigation difficulties caused by victim's specificity can help us to find countermeasures to break through the cases.We should take corresponding investigation measures in the following aspects: discovery of cases,crime scene investigation,determination of case quality as well as tracking of criminal suspects.
