创业型兽医人才培养模式探讨与实践

Discussion and Practice on Talent Training Mode for Entrepreneurial Veterinary

兽医高等教育属于"职业教育"范畴,论文概述了国内外兽医教育的现状及存在的问题,社会发展对兽医人才的需求,提出了校企互动合作是培养创业型兽医人才的改革思路,校企双方要在人才培养、教学计划、课程体系、实践教学、保障机制等方面开展深入合作,促进校企合作规范有序地进行,全面提高人才培养质量。

Higher veterinary medicine education is vocational education, this paper reviewed current sit- uation of higher veterinary medicine education domestic and abroad and the existed problem. It is suggested that cooperation between colleges and enterprises is innovative to cultivate entrepreneurial veterinarians. To enhance the quality of talent cultivation, both colleges and enterprises should promote indepth cooperation on the design of talent cultivation program, the arrangement of curriculum system, the selection of course content, the organization of practical teaching, and the establishment of ensurance system so as to promote the cooperation in order, and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
