对加强农村基层党组织建设问题的思考

没有农村的发展和繁荣就没有国家的发展和繁荣,没有农村的和谐稳定就没有国家的和谐稳定。我们党历来都非常重视农村工作,重视发挥农村基层党组织的作用。通过深入分析影响农村基层党组织建设的主要问题和产生的原因,提出加强农村基层党组织思想理论建设、两支队伍建设、创新组织设置形式和活动方式、发展壮大集体经济、健全制度机制等对策和建议。

The development, prosperity, harmony and stability of rural areas are very important to that of the country. CPC has constantly attached great importance to rural work and the role of rural grassroots party organizations. This paper is particularly focusing on the main problems and reasons about rural primary organizations. And it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions as follows： strengthening ideological and theoretical construction of the rural primary organizations, reinforcing the construction of two teams, innovating organization form and activity mode, expanding the collective economy and perfecting the institutional mechanisms.
