It is seasonable and necessary to propose and establish the mid-south economic zone oI taeoel province, which plays a great role in promoting its economic prosperity. In this paper, the authors give a study on how to achieve the strategic deployment of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and put forward the following proposals-bringing our superiority into full play, stressing the key points, working in coordinaton and getting mutual development.
