河北省新农村音乐文化建设现状令人担忧:传统音乐文化面临困境、不文明的网络音乐对农民心灵的毒害、音乐文化消费种类不够多元等。这些都限制了音乐文化对新农村建设所起到的推动作用。只有通过政府正确引导、加大资金投入、充分利用现代传媒资源、使传统音乐进课堂、将社区文化纳入村党委工作目标及其考核范畴等方式,才能构建一个更加先进、现代而文明的新农村音乐文化氛围,同时,也为新农村物质文明建设提供良好的发展环境和动力支持。

The status quo of the musical culture construction in new rural areas of Hebei province is worrisome. For example, the traditional music is facing a dilemma; the farmers＇ soul is exposed to the uncivilized network music; the consumption of musical culture is dull and so on. All the elements mentioned have limited the promotion of musical culture in pushing the progress of new rural construction. Only by ways of proper guidance of the government, more investment of capital, adequate utilization of modem media resources, bringing traditional music into class, making the community culture become one of the object and test content of Party Committee, can it be framed a more advanced, up-to-date and civilized new rural musical atmosphere. Moreover, it can also provide an excellent developing circumstance and powerful support to the development of material civilization in new rural areas.
