区域技术创新能力的提升是促进区域经济增长的基本动力,区域技术收敛也有助于促进区域经济的协调发展,从而实现区域之间的经济收敛。在分析影响区域技术创新因素的基础上,分析了我国地区之间的技术收敛特征,发现区域间技术创新水平呈发散趋势,而且研发投入、技术转移、人力资本等技术要素的区域间收敛与否并不能成为解释地区技术创新水平发散的原因。

The promotion of regional technical innovation capability is the basic driving force for promoting regional economic growth, regional technical convergence also helps to promote the coordinated development of regional economy, further achieves economic convergence between regions. In this paper, based on the analysis of factors affecting regional technical innovation, analysis technology convergence characteristics in China and found that the level of regional technological innovation has divergent trends, and whether or not the convergenee of R＆D investment, technology transfer and human capital, can not become the causes of explaining the divergence about the level of technological innovation.
