江西农村初中英语教师职业倦怠状况调查研究

Investigation and Study of Teachers' Burnout for Jiangxi Rural Junior Middle School English

本研究对农村初中英语教师进行问卷调查,考察了教师的工作状态及对英语教学的倦怠状况和工作环境因素。问卷结果显示,农村初中英语教师存在职业倦怠,虽然这些教师的个人背景,学习和教学经验的不同,部分教师有倦怠心理。并可以从结果可以看出部分职业倦怠的影响因素。

This study conducted a questionnaire survey of rmal junior middle school English teachers, including the teachers＇ working condition, English teaching burnout and working environment factors. The questionnaire results showed that rural junior middle school English teachers have burnout, although these teachers＇ personal back~,ound, learning and teaching experience is different, some teachers still have burnout. And it can be seen from the results that the contributing factors to occupation burnout.
