摘要
近年来,辅导员逐渐承担起大学生《形势与政策》课程的讲授工作,加强《形势与政策》课程规范化改革,给辅导员打造好这个有利平台,不但能够提高辅导员自身能力,强化辅导员的教师角色认同,更是辅导员专业化发展的必然要求。
In recent years,counselors gradually take on the teaching work of situation and policy,in order to strengthen the standardization reform of Situation and Policies.By teaching this course,counselors not only improve own ability and strengthen teacher＇s role,but also become an inevitable requirement for counselor＇s professional development
