高校人文环境优化对策研究——以河北省为例

The optimizing countermeasures of college humanities environment——Take Hebei Province for Example

高校人文环境建设对于大学精神的塑造和高素质人才的培养起着至关重要的作用,但在大学建设和发展的过程中,多注重学校的硬环境建设,对于人文环境的建设和优化还有诸多需要完善和改进的地方。为响应党的十七届六中全会"推动文化大发展大繁荣"精神的号召,立足河北省部分高校的人文环境调查研究,充分考虑了地方高校办学特点,更加有力地论述了高校人文环境的优化对策。

Construction of the college humanities environment plays a vital role in the shaping of the university spirit and the training of high-quality talents, however, in the process of the construction and the development of the University, much effort has been spent on the hard. And in the construction for the optimization of the humanities environment, there are many needs to be refined and improved. As a response to the call of the sixth plenary session of the 17th central committee about ＂Promote the development and prosperity of culture＂. On the basis of the humanities environment research of Hebei province, this paper takes full account of the characteristics of local colleges and universities and discusses optimizing countermeasures analyses of the humane environment.
