摘要
目的了解磷霉素对粪肠球菌的体外抗菌活性,并与其他6种抗菌药物进行比较。方法用琼脂稀释法检测磷霉素等7种抗菌药物对粪肠球菌的体外抗菌活性。结果分离的50株粪肠球菌标本中(25株分离自尿液标本,25株分离自血液标本),未发现对万古霉素、替考拉宁耐药的菌株,对青霉素均现耐药,对磷霉素敏感率98%、氨苄西林78%、红霉素8%、利福平24%。结论磷霉素对粪肠球菌的体外抗菌活性较强。
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity of fosfomycin and other antibiotics against Enterococcus faecalis. Methods Agar dilution method was employed to determine the susceptibility of Enterococcus faecalis to 7 antibiotics. Results The activity of 7 antibacterial agents against 50 Enterococcus faecalis (25 from urine, 25 from blood) showed susceptibility to vancomycin ( 100 % ), teicomycin ( 100%), fosfomycin (98 %), penicillin (0), ampicillin (78% ), erythromycin (8 % ), and rifampicin (24%). Conclusions Fosfomyein is active for Enterococcus faecalis evidenced by in vitro susceptibility testing.
