摘要
作为创业领域的首要问题,创业机会的概念至今模糊不清,借用定义分析和案例分析的研究方法对此进行研究可发现:一个能够较为全面地反映创业机会特征的定义应该是:它的原初形态表现为模糊的市场需求或资源能力,但在一定的环境因素作用下,会有市场需求的明确、产品服务的创造、供需双方的交易等可能事件的发生,创新是它的灵魂。一个能够相对完整地描述创业机会全貌的概念模型应该包括:市场需求维度或资源能力维度构成的原初形态、市场需求维度和产品服务维度构成的可能事件、促成创业机会由原初形态到可能事件发生的环境因素,并且它们之间服从乘法原理。
As the first important issue in entrepreneurship, the concept of entrepreneurial opportunity remains obscure today. This paper makes a preliminary exploration by using definition analysis and case analysis. The study finds that: There is a definition which can comprehensively reflect the characteristics of entrepreneurial opportunity. The original form of entrepreneurial opportunity represents fuzzy market demands or resources/abilities. In a certain environment, possible affairs will be happen such as the definitude of market demands, the creation of products or services, the transaction between the supply and the demand. Innovation is the soul of entrepreneurial opportunity. The concept model of entrepreneurial opportunity should include the original form which be composed of market demands or resources/abilities, the possible affairs which be composed of market demands and products or services, the environmental factors which promote the development from the original form to the possible affairs. They are subject to the principle of multiplication.
