美国教师专业成长与评价计划的新模式 被引量:2

摘要 教师专业成长过程一直以来都是各国教育改革关注的问题。美国纽约州科特兰扩大城市校区致力于通过优异的教学水平使学生获得高水平的学习成绩,于2009年提出教师专业成长与评价计划,以下简称PGAP (Professional Growth & Assessment Program),2009年至2012年执行。其目的是通过对教师的评价,促进教师的教学反思和自我教学评价,进而促进教师的专业成长。
