基于组织责任视角的高校图书馆社会责任研究

Research on the Social Responsibility of University Libraries Based on the View of the Organization Responsibility

从组织责任的视角来辨析高校图书馆的社会责任,可以进一步明晰其社会责任的内涵和相应的研究意义。基于组织行为学、社会公共产品及社会认同3个理论,高校图书馆应在职业责任之外承担如下社会责任:融入公共文化服务体系,承担公益服务责任;关注社会问题,致力于为解决社会问题服务;针对社会需求提供高层次知识服务,彰显其专业价值。

Discriminating the social responsibility of university libraries from the view of the organization responsibility could further make sure the content of their social responsibility and the corresponding research significance. Based on three theories of the organizational behavior, the social public goods and the social identity, university libraries should undertake the following social responsibilities： blending in the public culture service system, and undertaking the responsibility of public services; paying attention to social problems, and devoting to the service of solving them; providing high-level knowledge services according to the need of the society, and revealing professional values of university libraries.
