校地共建图书馆运行管理模式探析

校地共建图书馆是一种新型图书馆建设与发展模式。目前,我国图书馆界主要从顶层设计角度和底层创造角度对校地共建图书馆的运行管理模式进行研究。我国校地共建图书馆的运行管理模式分为统一管理、统一运营;各自运营、各自管理;统一管理、各自运营3种类型,其中统一管理、各自运营模式更容易实现,也更容易操作。统一管理、各自运营模式在操作中应注意保障持续的资金注入、多渠道共享数据库资源、保护知识产权、激发馆员工作的积极性。
