摘要
改革开放以来,四川在推进转变农业发展方式,加快城乡统筹发展方面成效显著,但四川是一个农业大省,农村人口众多,城乡二元结构突出,区域发展不平衡,资源和环境约束明显。转变农业发展方式是推进四川城乡统筹发展的关键,应按照城乡统筹发展的要求,加快城乡一体化步伐,实现农村经济、社会与生态环境的和谐可持续发展。
After the economic reform in 1978,Sichuan province has made a great achievement in transforming the mode of agricultural development and coordinating urban and rural development.But Sichuan province is a big agriculture-based province with large agricultural population,outstanding dual structure between urban and rural economy,unbalanced regional development and prominent constraint in resources and environment.Transforming the mode of agricultural development is a key to promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas in Sichuan province and it should be pushed forward according to the basic requirements of coordinating urban and rural economy.
