Influence of Financial Transfer Payment on Consumption between Urban and Rural Residents——Based on GMM Analysis of Dynamic Panel

财政转移性支出从社会保障、义务教育、价格补贴等方面对城乡居民的消费水平产生影响,进一步影响城乡居民消费的差距。文章通过对2000—2011年省际动态面板数据进行广义矩估计,得出结论并给出了政府进一步加大对农村教育、医疗、养老保险等方面转移支出的建议。

Financial transfer payment exerts influence,from social security,compulsory education,price subsidy and other aspects,on consumption level between urban and rural residents,which results in consumption gap between urban and rural residents.By the way of GMM,this paper makes an analysis on inter-provincial dynamic panel data and comes to a conclusion that financial transfer payment can narrow the consumption gap between urban and rural residents,but its function is weak at present.The paper offers some measures to expand financial transfer payment in rural areas.
