确立社会主义核心价值和核心价值观,是坚持中国道路、弘扬中国精神、凝聚中国力量、实现中国梦想的内在要求和重要保证。在经济文化相对落后的基础上,在经济全球化和世界多极化曲折发展的背景下,在改革开放和社会主义市场经济的条件下,建设和巩固社会主义,自主就成为社会主义首要的核心价值;公平是社会主义基础性的核心价值;和谐是社会主义综合性的核心价值。应坚持马克思主义立场、观点和方法,善于从马克思主义经典作家和我们党的几代领导集体对社会主义本质属性的重要论述中进行归纳概括,善于在与封建社会、资本主义社会等其他经济社会形态的比较中把握社会主义的精髓要义,弘扬集体主义、义利统一的社会主义核心价值观。

Establishing socialist core value and the orientation of socialist core value is the inherent requirement and important guarantee to adhere to Chinese way, to carry forward China spirit, to cohere China power, and to fulfill China dream. In the context of the tortuous development of economic globalization and world multi-polarization, to build and consolidate socialism based on the comparatively backward economy and culture means that autonomy should be the primary core value of socialism, fairness should be the basic one and harmony should be the comprehensive one. We should stick to Marxist＇s stand, viewpoint and method, be adept in summarizing the important expositions on socialist essential attributes from classical Marxist writers and several generations of collective leadership in our party, and be adept in grasping essence and central theme in the social-formation comparison among feudal society, capitalist society and socialist society, and above all, carry forward the collectivistic and reason-interests unified orientation of socialist core value.
