摘要
目的探讨新疆准噶尔盆地鼠疫野外分离株的营养需求。方法应用定性和定量两种方法相结合分析准噶尔盆地28株鼠疫菌对11种氨基酸的营养需求。结果准噶尔盆地28株鼠疫菌株中,低营养型1株(No.25,Phe+)占检测菌株的3.57%;色氨酸依赖1株(No.24,Try-)占检测菌株的3.57%;苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸、缬氨酸依赖,异亮氨酸半依赖1株(No.21,Phe-、Met-、Val-、Ile±)占检测菌株的3.57%;余下25株表现为对苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸、缬氨酸依赖(Phe-、Met-、Val-)占检测菌株的89.3%。结论新疆准噶尔盆地鼠疫菌株的营养型主要表现为对苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸、缬氨酸依赖(Phe-、Met-、Val-)。
Objective To discuss nutrient requirement of wild Yersinia pestis isolated from the Junggar Basin of Xinjiang.Methods Nutrient requirements of 28 strains of Yersina pestis from the Junggar Basin for 11 amino acids were analyzed in combination with the methods of qualitation and quantitation.Results Out of the 28 strains,there were one strain of low nutrition requirement pattern(No.25,Phe+),accounting for 3.57%,one strain of tryptophane dependence(No.24,Try-),accounting for 3.57%,one strain dependent on phenylalanine,methionine and valine and semi dependent on ioleucine(No.21,Phe-、Met-、Val-、Ile±),accounting for 3.57%;The other 25 strains appeared to be dependent on phenylalanine,methionine and valine(Phe-,Met-and Val-),occupying 89.3%.Conclusions The nutrient requirements of wild Yersinia pestis isolated from the Junggar Basin of Xinjiang are mainly dependent on phenylalanine,methionine and valine(Phe-、Met-、Val-).
