摘要
[目的]直接合成的噻菌灵未达到标准物质的要求,纯化后的样品为农药标准物质的研制奠定了基础。[方法]通过重结晶方法对原药进行纯化,探索了纯化过程中各个条件,确定了简易的纯化方法。[结果]纯化后的噻菌灵的纯度为99.7%,经过专业机构的测定和实验室的定值验证了该量值的准确性。[结论]用无水乙醇重结晶所得到的纯品纯度为99.7%,用IR、GC-MS定性,用气相色谱仪定量,达到了农药标准物质纯度的要求。
[Aims] The thiabendazole obtained by direct synthesis is unable to reach the requirements of the standard substance, the purified thiabendazole can be used as the foundation for the development of pesticide standard substances. [Methods] The original thiabendazole was purified using recrystallization method, the conditions of purification during recrystallization were researched, the optimal condition was also determined. [Results] The purity of thiabendazole product was 99.7% which was verified by authoritative organization evaluation and the laboratory setting. [Conclusions] Recrystallized by anhydrous ethanol, the purity of product was 99.7% which was identified by IR and GC-MS and quantified by GC. Therefore, the purity method of the original thiabendazole into the reference standard material was pretty successful and the final product can be used in large scales.
