戊菌隆在水稻中残留分析方法

摘要 [目的]建立应用液相色谱仪紫外检测器分析水稻植株、稻壳以及糙米中戊菌隆残留量的方法。[方法]样品以乙腈溶液提取,糙米经弗罗里硅土柱净化,植株和稻壳经弗罗里硅土和活性炭的混合柱净化,用紫外检测器测定。[结果]戊菌隆的最小检出量2 ng,在水稻植株、糙米、稻壳中戊菌隆的最低检测质量浓度分别为0.01、0.005、0.01 mg/L,戊菌隆在样品中的回收率为77.7%-114.3%。[结论]该方法的准确性、精确性以及灵敏度均符合农药残留分析的要求。 [Aims] A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of pencycuron in rice plant, rice hull and rice. [Methods] Samples were extracted with acetonitril, cleaned up by Florisil column in the rice and by Florisil and activated charcoal mixed column in the rice plant and rice hull; and determined by HPLC equipped with UV detector. [Results] The detectable limit of pencycuron was estimated to be 2 ng, and the minimum determination concentration was 0.01 mg/L in the rice plant and rice hull, 0.005 mg/L in rice respectively. The fortified recoveries of pencycuron in rice, rice plant and rice hull were in range of 77.7-114.3%. [Conclusions] The method was satisfied with the demands of pesticide residue analysis.
