溶脂液在乳癌腋窝开放淋巴结清扫术中的应用（附34例报告） 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨溶脂液在乳癌腋窝开放淋巴结清扫术中的应用价值.方法随机抽取2011年7月-2012年10月34例女性乳腺癌患者,行乳腺癌改良根治术,术中应用溶脂液溶解腋窝脂肪,开放行腋窝淋巴结清扫术,统计肋间臂神经解剖例数、手术时间及淋巴结的清扫数目,术后观察创面引流量、病人肩关节活动障碍、患侧上肢水肿及皮肤感觉状况（疼痛、麻木、蚁行或烧灼感）.结果34例乳癌患者均顺利完成改良根治术,术中均清晰显露出肋间臂神经、胸长神经及胸背神经,手术时间平均120min,平均每例取出淋巴结15.2个.术后所有病人均无明显皮瓣坏死、皮下积液等并发症,平均随访6个月,未见肩关节活动障碍、上肢水肿及上臂内侧皮肤麻木、疼痛等表现.结论乳癌改良根治术中应用溶脂液行腋窝淋巴结清扫,具有操作简单、便捷,淋巴结显露清晰彻底,神经血管损伤少及术后并发症少等优点.
