摘要
虚拟读者是在图书馆外访问图书馆网站的读者,是具有时代特色的新兴群体,是高校图书馆的普遍现象。通过对39所"985"高校图书馆的调查,揭示虚拟读者服务现状,并对如何更好地服务于虚拟读者提出建议。
Virtual readers visit the library website outside the library. It is a new group with the characteristics of the times and the common phenomenon of university libraries. This paper investigates 39 libraries of ＂985＂ universities, reveals the present situation of the service for virtual readers, and gives some advices to improve the service for virtual readers.
