中关村科技园区融资现状分析及对我国资本市场支持科技型企业发展的启示

Analysis on the Financing of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and the Implications of China's Capital Market to Support the Development of Science and Technology Enterprises

经过30多年的发展,我国科技型企业融资规模稳步增长,但是科技型企业的融资渠道少,具体表现在产权交易市场、创业板市场、新三板市场发展不完善,这严重阻碍了我国科技进步和自主创新的进程。因此,如何建立支持科技型企业发展的多层次融资体系成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文重点以北京中关村科技园科技型企业为例,分析现阶段我国科技型企业融资状况,并为现阶段我国科技型企业融资状况提供对策建议。

With 30 years of development,financing scale of science and technology enterprises keeps steadily growing while the financing channels where science and technology enterprises get financial supporting lag far behind.The imperfection of property rights trading market,second board market,new third board market seriously hinders the development of high-tech enterprises as well as the process of independent innovation in China.Therefore,how to build multi-level capital market system to promote the development of science and technology enterprise becomes an urgent work for China.With the case study of Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park,the thesis focuses on the present status and imminent problems of the financing systems on science and technology enterprises to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the future construction.
