摘要
本文以大型中资商业银行对公客户经理队伍建设为视角,探讨优化客户经理队伍建设的思路和路径,同时针对客户经理机制建设、人员队伍培养、综合素质提高、考核激励机制落实等提出具体建议。
Centering on the building of high-caliber managers for corporate customers in the large domestic commercial banks of China,the thesis discusses the ideas and paths to the optimization of talent building.It makes specific proposals on customer manager mechanism,personnel training and improvement and the implementation of incentives.
