1.5T磁共振两种不同序列对前庭蜗神经及微血管解剖显示的对比研究

摘要 目的比较1.5T磁共振中3D-SPACE序列与T2WI-3D-TSE序列对前庭蜗神经及微血管解剖显示的成像质量。方法回顾性分析2009年3月—2012年8月在我院进行磁共振高分辨前庭蜗神经成像的263例磁共振图像,利用1.5T磁共振3D后处理软件进行MPR成像分析。结果 263例病例中3D-SPACE序列与T2WI-3D-TSE序列对耳蜗半规管的显示率均为100%;对前庭神经、蜗神经、面神经及周围微血管的显示率分别为:100%与98.5%;95.8%与92.4%;99.6%与99.6%;100%与99.2%。两种序列比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 1.5T磁共振中3D-SPACE序列与T2WI-3D-TSE序列对前庭蜗神经及微血管解剖显示的成像质量无明显统计学差异,但3D-SPACE序列的扫描时间相对更短,可作为优先检查序列使用。 Objective To study the image quality of vestibulocochlear nerve and microvascular anatomy through the comparison be- tween 3D-SPACE sequence and T2WI-3D-TSE sequence. Methods The resonance of high resolution vestibulocochlear nerve ima- ging of 263 patients between March 2009 and August 2012 was analyzed by 1.5T MRI 3D post-processing software. Results The display rate of cochlea semicircular canal was 100% in 3D-SPACE sequence and TEWI-3D-TSE sequence. The display rates of ves- tibular nerve, cochlear nerve, facial nerve and surrounding microvaseulature were 100% vs 98.5% , 95.8% vs 92.4% , 99.6% vs 99.6% , and 100% vs 99.2% , respectively. There were no statistically significant differences betweet the two sequences ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There aren' t statistically significant differences in imaging quality of vestibulocochlear nerve and microvascu- lar anatomy between 3D-SPACE sequence and T2WI-3DTSE sequence. Moreover, 3D-SPACE sequence can be used as the priority check sequence due to its relatively shorter scanning time.
