老年慢性肾脏病基础上的急性肾衰竭危险因素分析

Analysis of the risk factors of acute renal failure in elderly patients on the basis of chronic kidney disease

目的分析老年慢性肾脏病基础上的急性肾衰竭（ARF）的病因，寻找影响其预后的危险因素。方法入选病例均为2008年6月一2012年10月在我院肾内科诊治的急性肾衰竭患者92例，分析其急性肾功能衰竭的病因、临床实验室检查数据。结果老年人急性。肾功能衰竭的原因多以感染、药物性、肾脏基础疾病及体液丢失为主，实验室数据Hb、MODS与血K’的变化与疾病的进展密切相关。结论积极的防治老年急性。肾功能衰竭的病因，调整与该病相关实验室数据的水平，是降低老年ARF发病率和病死率的关键措施。

Objective To investigate the etiology and the factors which influence the development of acute renal failureMethods 92 cases from the Renal Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital in June,2008 - October,2012, analysis the factors of acute renal failure and clinical laboratory examination data. Results Acute renal failure in the elderly mainly due to infection, drug-in- duced, kidney diseases and the loss of body fluid , laboratory examination data of the Hb, MODS and the level of the K ~ in the blood is related to the progress of the disease closely. Conclusion Active prevention and treatment of senile acute renal failure eti- ology and adjustment the level of related laboratory data are important to reduce themorbidity andmortality of the elderly with ARF.
