摘要
目的应用乳腺钼靶摄影及乳腺导管造影,探讨乳头溢液性病变的X线表现。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月—2012年9月间42例乳头溢液患者的临床资料及其乳腺导管造影的影像学表现,并与手术病理结果作对照。结果导管内乳头状瘤22例,乳腺导管扩张症10例,乳腺囊性增生症4例,乳腺导管慢性炎症2例,导管癌2例,2例正常。术前诊断与病理诊断相符合的有32例,X线诊断的正确率为86.2%(32/42)。结论乳腺导管造影检查对乳头溢液性疾病的诊断具有重要的价值,可为临床定位、定性诊断与治疗提供依据。
Objective To explore the X-ray findings of nipple discharge diseases via galactography and mammography. Methods A total of 42 patients with nipple discharge diseases from August 2010 to September 2012 were retrospectively analyzed in terms of their X-ray findings, which was then compared with the reports on intraoperative pathological examination. Results Intraductal papilloma was found in 22 cases, breast ductal ectasia in 10 cases, breast hyperplasia in 4 cases, chronic mastitis in 2 cases, ductal carcinoma in 2 cases, and normal pathological findings in 2 cases. The preoperative diagnosis was in accord with pathological diagnosis in 32 cases, X-ray accurate rate was 86.2% （32/42）. Conclusion Mammary gland catheter angiography examination is of important value in diagnosis of nipple discharge diseases, for it provides positioning diagnosis and clues to treatment.
