我国少数民族自治区冰雪运动后备人才培养现状研究

Status Quo for Training Backup Talents of the Winter Sports in Ethnic Minority Autonomous Region

为了进一步完善我国少数民族自治区冰雪运动后备人才的培养机制,采用文献资料法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,对新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐、阿勒泰和昌吉州及内蒙古自治区中阿尔山、扎兰屯和海拉尔等六个地区冰雪运动后备人才培养单位现状进行调研,找出其出现的问题和不足,提出合理性建议,为我国少数民族自治区冰雪运动更好地发展提供理论性参考。

In order to improve training system of ethnic minority autonomous region＇ s backup talents of the winter sports, the paper uses literature reviews, on-the-spot interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics to research the status quo for training the backup talents of the winter sports in Urumchi, Altay and Changji of Xinjiang Uygur autono- mous region and Arxan, Zara Store and Hailar of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and finds out the problems and short- ages, and offers reasonable proposals which provide reference so as to develop ethnic minority autonomous region＇ s winter sports faster and better.
