摘要 硝基苯气相加氢法生产苯胺工艺中,加氢反应主要在流化床内进行,为强烈的放热反应。为提高苯胺产能,对流化床传热系统进行校核与计算,改造了冷却水分配系统。改造后,装置运行平稳,不仅提高了苯胺产能,而且降低了流化床中心的反应温度。 In the process of aniline production by gas phase hydrogenation of nitrobenzene, the hydrogenation reaction occurs mainly in the fluidized bed and it is a strong exothermic reaction. In order to improve the capacity of aniline, the fluidized bed heat transfer system is checked and calculated, and the cooling water distribution system is transfotxned. After transformation the device runs smoothly, not only is the aniline production capacity improved and the reaction temperature in fluidized bed center is lowered.
