摘要
本文就建国开始到 70年代末特别是改革开放以来我国国债发行的规模 ,进行了实证考察 ;对国债规模及相关政策的认识演变过程进行了归纳 ,并作了简要评价。
This article makes a case study on our country's treasuries issuing scale from the beginning of the foundation of the PRC to the end of the 70s, especially since the period of reform and opening to the outsideworld , summarizes the evolving process of our country's treasuries scaleand relevant policies and makes a precise evaluation.
