解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床研究

Effect of internal fixation of anatomical locking plate for geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的 探讨解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效及安全性。方法 选取老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者29例,采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板（股骨近端锁定板-2型）治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,观察手术时间、失血量、愈合时间、并发症。结果 手术时间（54.3±25.1）min;失血量（178.8±106.5）ml、愈合时间10-15周、无并发症发生、髋关节功能恢复优良率93.1%。结论 解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect and security of the anatomical type locking plate in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 29 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with the anatomical proximal femoral locking plate（ proximal femoral locking plate 2）.The operation time,blood loss,healing time,complications were observed.Results The mean operation time was （54.3±25.1）min.Average blood loss was （178.8±106.5）ml.All patients were osseous healing,healing time was 10-15 weeks.No complications occurred.Hip functional recovery was 93.1%.Conclusion Anatomical type locking plate in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture has definite curative effect,high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
