东菱克栓酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of Batroxobin in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的观察东菱克栓酶（DF-521）对突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法50例（50耳）突聋病人随机分为二组，治疗前作常规血液系统各项检查及纯音测听。DF－521组给DF-521首次10BU静脉缓滴，隔日给5BU，连用4次为一疗程。对照组给复方丹参20ml加入低右500ml静脉滴注，每日1次，10天为一疗程。结果DF－521组总有效率72％（18／25），复方丹参组总有效率40％（10／25），东麦克检酶疗效明显优于复方丹参（P＜0．05）。结论东菱克栓酶治疗突发性耳聋效果理想，应为首选。

Objective To observe the efficiency of Batroxobin (DF - 521 ) in sudden deaf-ness. Methods Routine blood tests and pure tone audiometry were conducted before treatment in50 pat1ents (50 ears) divided into 2 groups randomly. The DF-521 group received Batroxobin10 BU at the first t1me and 5BU every other day by intravenous drlp slowly- One course consistedof 4 times. The control group received Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge) compound 20ml everyday for lo times by i. v. drip. Result The effective rate of DF-521 and control group was 72%and 40% respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion DF- 521 is moreeffective in treating sudden deafness and should be the first choice.[
