摘要
知识服务能力是数字图书馆走向未来的根本驱动力,它以知识做为源泉并决定着数字图书馆所进行的资源转化与服务绩效。本文结合数字图书馆的工作特点,并融入其理论研究数字图书馆知识服务能力的意义,详细分析了知识服务能力的内涵、特征。论述了数字图书馆知识服务能力体系的总体构建以及能够影响数字图书馆知识服务能力建设的因素。
Knowledge service capability is the fundamental driving force for future development of digital library.It is based on knowledge and determines the resource transformation and service performance.Combined with the working characteristics of digital library,this paper puts forward the research significance of competence theory and analyzes the connotation and features of knowledge service capability in detail.Finally,it discusses the construction of knowledge service capability system of digital library and its influencing factors.
