摘要
中科院2003-2011年院士遴选不同轮次申请人CNKI/WoS论文H指数等指标的分析表明:H指数在遴选组别中有较好的区分度;G指数、R指数和AR指数可补偿H指数的局限性;∑H核内论文期刊IF/亚类IF可显示遴选组间的差异,在某些组别比较中较H指数更有区分性,遴选首轮上、下组ROC曲线分析提示该指标较其他指标敏感性更高。指标值的高低与学术业绩高低间的关系是相对的,对同一学科专业科学工作者的业绩分类具有可应用性,但不能替代同行评议。
The differences of applicants’CNKI /WoS papers h index and other indexes were analyzed between the different rounds of 2003-2011 academician selection.The resaults shows that: in the differ ent selecting stage,classification by H index has better distinction degrees;in relation to the limitations of H index,G index,R index and AR index compensate the function of H index;∑(IF of the journal pub lished H-core paper/IF of its category) can display the significant differences between the different select ing rounds of the academician,and be More differentiated than H index in some compared groups,in judg ing the first round result of the selection ROC curve analysis illustrates that this indicator is more sensi tive compared with other indicators.The academic performance characterized by the higher or lower value of these indexes are relative.These indexes can be applied to classify scientists’academic performance in the same disciplines,but not a substitute for peer review.
