Analysis of Digital Library Interactive Services Evaluation Influence Factors Oriented to Users——Based on Structural Equation Modeling in the Research of Path Analysis

摘要基于用户交互的数字图书馆服务评价模型采用基于用户、服务过程和服务绩效的三维建模方式构建。本文通过结构方程模型(SEM)原理分析评价模型各潜在变量之间、潜在变量与观测变量之间的相关关系,从而可以更有效的开展模型的应用研究。 Digital library evaluation model based on users’interaction is constructed by user,service pro cess,service performance.Structure equation modeling is used for analysing relative relations between la tent variables and observed variables.The purpose is effectively to study evaluative model application.
