广州市岭南职业技术学院学生健康素养现况调查

Cross-sectional study on health literacy among Lingnan Vocational Technical College students in Guangzhou

目的了解职业技术学院学生健康素养现状,分析影响因素,为职业技术类院校开展健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取广州市岭南职业技术学院3个年级410名学生进行自填问卷调查,回收有效问卷401份(医学相关专业50份,非医学相关专业351份),有效率97.80%。结果医学相关专业与非医学相关专业学生3类健康素养水平分别为58.55%、55.20%、68.78%和79.78%、68.29%、84.57%;医学相关专业健康素养水平三年级高于二年级(P<0.05),女生高于男生(P<0.05);非医学相关专业中一、二年级学生健康素养水差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三年级高于一、二年级(均P<0.05),女生与男生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论职业技术学院学生健康素养水平较低,学校应积极开展健康教育工作,规范健康教育课程,提高学生健康素养水平。

[Objective]To understand the current situation of health literacy among vocational technical college students,analyze the influencing factors,and provide the scientific basis for health education in vocational technical colleges.[Methods]By using stratified sampling,410 students in 3 grades were collected from Guangzhou Lingnan Vocational Technical College.A self-administered questionnaire survey was adopted,and a total of 401 valid questionnaires（50 came from medical students and 351 came from non-medical students） were returned,with the effective rate of 97.80%.[Results]The level of three types of health literacy in medical students was respectively 58.55%,55.20% and 68.78%,while those in non-medical students was respectively 79.78%,68.29% and 84.57%.Among medical students,the health literacy level of Grade 3 students was higher than that of Grade 2 students（P0.05）,and the health literacy level of girls was higher than that of boys（P0.05）.Among non-medical students,there was no significant difference in health literacy level between Grade1 and Grade 2 students（P0.05）,the health literacy level of Grade 3 students was higher than that of Grade1 and Grade 2 students（both P0.05）,and the difference between girls and boys was not significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The health literacy level of vocational technical college students is unsatisfactory.The schools should actively carry out health education and standardize health education curriculum,so as to improve the health literacy level of students.
