机车乘务员的婚姻质量状况与影响因素分析

Marital quality and its influencing factors among locomotive crew members

目的探讨机车乘务员婚姻质量和影响因素,为心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)中婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、解决冲突的方式、性生活4因子、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对南宁铁路局柳州机务段335名机车乘务员进行测试。结果①机车乘务员的婚姻满意度、夫妻交流和解决冲突方式的评分低于美国常模(P<0.01);解决冲突的方式低于深圳市男性居民(P<0.01);性生活评分高于深圳市男性居民(P<0.01)。②夫妻交流和性生活在不同年龄和受教育程度之间有差异(P<0.05)。③机车乘务员的年龄与夫妻交流呈显著负相关(P<0.05);受教育程度与夫妻交流、性生活呈显著正相关(P<0.05);外倾-内倾与婚姻质量各因子呈显著正相关(P<0.01);神经质、精神质、SCL-90总分与婚姻质量各因子呈显著负相关(P<0.01);掩饰性与婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与解决冲突的方式呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论该机务段机车乘务员的婚姻质量接近城市居民水平,婚姻质量与人格特质和心理健康水平高度相关。

[Objective]To discuss the marital quality and its influencing factors among locomotive crew members,and provide reference for their mental health education.[Methods]Olson Marital Quality Inventory（ENRICH）,including marital satisfaction,husband and wife intercommunication,way to solve the conflict,sex life 4 factors,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）,were used to investigate 335 locomotive crew members in Liuzhou Locomotive Depot of Nanning Railway Bureau.[Results] ①The scores of marital satisfaction,husband and wife intercommunication,way to solve the conflict of locomotive crew members were lower than normalized score in United States（P0.01）;the score of way to solve the conflict was lower than that of male residents in Shenzhen City（P0.01）,while the score of sex life was higher than that of male residents in Shenzhen City（P0.01）.② The differences of husband and wife intercommunication and sex life were significantly different between age or educational back ground（P0.05）.③ The age of crew members was negatively associated with husband and wife intercommunication（P0.05）;educational back ground was positively associated with husband and wife intercommunication and sex life（P0.05）;extraversion-introversion was positively associated with each factor of marital quality（P0.01）;lie of a couple was positively associated with marital satisfaction,husband and wife intercommunication,sex life（P0.01）,as well as way to solve the conflict（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The marital quality of crew members in this locomotive depot is close to the level of urban residents.Marital quality and personality trait is highly associated with mental health level.
