蒙汉不同民族高尿酸血症与代谢综合征及其相关因素 被引量:1

Hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome and its related factors between Mongol population and Han population

摘要 目的探讨蒙汉不同民族高尿酸血症(HUA)与代谢综合征(SM)及其组成成分的相关性。方法从健康检查人群中随机选取蒙古族、汉族SM和非SM 667例,根据SM的诊断标准,选取汉族SM 183例,蒙古族SM 145例,检测血尿酸(SUA)以及身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血糖、血脂、瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素(Fins)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果蒙古族SM和非SM组的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、SUA、Fins和HOMA-IR相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蒙古族SM和非SM组的BMI、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和LEP相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SM、高血压、肥胖、高血脂的发生率随SUA水平的增加而增高,蒙古族SM的发生率在不同尿酸水平组分别为23%、38%、58%、81%。结论 SUA与SM密切相关,HUA在蒙古族SM的形成与发展中起重要作用。 [Objective]to investigate the relationship of hyperuricemia(HUA) and metabolic syndrome(SM) and its related factors between Mongol population and Han population.[Methods]A total of 667 cases of SM and non-SM from Mongol and Han population were randomly selected from health examination.According to the diagnostic criterion of SM,183 patients in Han population and 145 patients in Mongol population were recruited.At the same time,their weight,height,BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,LEP,Fins,and HOMA-IRwere measured.[Results] There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,SUA,Fins and HOMA IR between patients with SM and patients without SM in Mongol population(P0.05).There were no significant differences in BMI,TC,HDL and lep between patients with SM and patients without SM in Mongol population.(P0.05).The incidence rates of SM,hypertension,obesity and hyperlipidemia were increased with the increase of SUA levels.The incidence rate of metabolic syndrome was 23%,38%,58%,81% across the SUA groups in Mongol population.[Conclusion]SUA is closely associated with SM.HUA plays an important role in the formation and development of SM in Mongol population.
